General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed with Spec-Ops and to all invoices issued by Spec-Ops. Consequently, placing an order with Spec-Ops constitutes full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 1.1

If any provision becomes null and void for any reason, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain fully enforceable under the sales contract.

Orders

Article 2

Orders are placed on the website www.specops-shop.com. You may order directly via the “shopping cart” for products listed as “in stock.” For out-of-stock products, you may submit a “restock request.” This request is purely informative and does not commit Spec-Ops to restock the item, either in terms of timeframe or quantity.

Prices and Payment

Article 3.1

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).

Article 3.2

All product information and prices are provided for informational purposes only and may be subject to adjustments. We reserve the right to modify them at any time without prior notice.

Article 3.3

Payment for goods is due at the time of order. No goods will be shipped until full payment has been received.

Article 3.4

Payment for ordered goods is made using one of the payment methods offered by Spec-Ops.
WARNING – PAYMENT BY CHECK: Due to numerous unpaid checks, a security period of 10 to 15 days will now be applied before processing your order in order to verify solvency.

Article 3.5

FREE CREDIT PAYMENT OPTION – CHOOZEO

CHOOZEO is an interest-free credit facility with no fees, repayable in 3 or 4 installments, offered by NATIXIS FINANCEMENT, a public limited company with share capital of €73,801,950, headquartered at 30 avenue Pierre Mendès France, 75013 Paris, registered under number 439 869 587 RCS Paris. The credit amount ranges from €200 to €3000.

CHOOZEO is reserved for private individuals (natural persons of legal age) residing in France and holding a Visa or MasterCard with an expiry date more than 6 months after the purchase date. Cards requiring systematic authorization (such as Electron, Maestro, Nickel, etc.), e-cards, Indigo cards, and American Express cards are not accepted.

After completing the order, the customer must click on the “Pay in 3 or 4 installments with CHOOZEO by credit card” button.

The customer will then be redirected to the secure CHOOZEO page of NATIXIS FINANCEMENT displaying the order summary and the credit request, which must be confirmed.

Sarl S.O.E only connects its customers with NATIXIS FINANCEMENT via a non-contractual landing page on its website. Therefore, it is not subject to banking intermediary regulations.

If the customer applies for financing, their order and identity information (name, surname, postal address) will be transmitted to NATIXIS FINANCEMENT, which will use this information to review, grant, manage, and collect the credit.

NATIXIS FINANCEMENT reserves the right to accept or refuse financing without justification. The customer has a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days to cancel the interest-free credit.

Shipping and Delivery

Article 4.1

Delivery times are generally between 48 hours and 7 days but depend on availability and are provided for informational purposes only. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier. Delivery times are expressed in business days and apply to mainland France. Orders are shipped via Colissimo (La Poste). Spec-Ops is released from its delivery obligation in cases of force majeure, strikes, civil unrest, or acts of war.

Article 4.2

Goods ordered from Spec-Ops travel at the customer’s own risk. Shipping and delivery formalities are carried out by the seller on behalf of the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon delivery and to note any defects on the carrier’s delivery slip.

WARNING: The mention “subject to unpacking” has no legal value. No claims related to transport will be accepted if no reservations were noted on the delivery slip.

Article 4.3

In case of delivery error (wrong recipient or incorrect products), Spec-Ops will cover all return and reshipping costs. Please contact us via the website’s “Contact” page for instructions.

Article 4.4

In case of temporary stock shortage of an item, Spec-Ops reserves the right to split the shipment if the order contains multiple items. Additional shipping costs will be covered by Spec-Ops.

Warranty

Article 5.1

In accordance with Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code, Spec-Ops guarantees its products against hidden defects. This warranty excludes all other warranties, including any guarantee that the product meets the customer’s specific needs.

Article 5.2

Electric replicas (AEG) and blowback replicas (GBB rifles) purchased on the Spec-Ops website are covered by a 12-month mechanical warranty under normal use and without aesthetic or technical modification, in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical recommendations.

Article 5.3

Batteries are covered by an 8-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Article 5.4

Gas magazines (for GBB rifles or GBB pistols) are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Article 5.5

The warranty is personal and cannot be transferred to a third party.

Article 5.6

Any work performed on a returned product without prior approval from a Spec-Ops technician may result in refusal of repair.

Article 5.7

Spec-Ops covers repair costs (parts and labor) for warranted mechanical components. All other costs, especially shipping and return shipping, remain the responsibility of the buyer, as well as electrical cables, seals, and consumables.

Article 5.8

Covered repairs include mechanical failures due to random defects. Excluded are maintenance, adjustments, wear and tear, improper use, external causes, or incorrect gas use for blowback replicas.

The following are excluded from warranty coverage and are not reimbursed:

• Damage caused by accidents, theft, fire, freezing, or immersion

• Damage resulting from normal wear or lack of maintenance

• Damage caused by insufficient lubrication

• Damage caused by modification of the replica, including power increases

• Damage caused by negligence or misuse

• Replicas showing tampering with warranty seals, labels, rivets, screws, or serial numbers

Article 5.9

Warranty returns must meet the following conditions:

• Replicas must be returned in original packaging with all accessories

• A copy of the original invoice must be included

• A check for €10 payable to Spec-Ops must be included to cover return shipping

Right of Withdrawal

Article 6.1

You have 14 calendar days from the day after receiving the product to return items at your expense. After this period, the right of withdrawal expires.

If the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

Article 6.2

Returned products must be complete and in original packaging. A copy of the invoice must be included.

Article 6.3

You may request either a refund or an exchange of equivalent value.

Article 6.4

Spec-Ops will issue refunds within 21 days after receiving the returned goods.

Promotions and Loyalty Program

Article 7.1

Spec-Ops does not offer occasional promotions. However, the loyalty program allows customers to receive discounts based on accumulated points, according to the scale described on the “Loyalty Program” page.

Article 7.2

Spec-Ops reserves the right to modify the loyalty scale at any time without notice.

Data Protection Act

Article 8.1

Personal data collected via www.specops-shop.com is used solely to process orders and meet customer needs. Data is not shared with third parties. This database was declared to the CNIL under number 1645312 on January 16, 2013.

Article 8.2

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, modify, and delete your personal data. Please contact us via the website’s “Contact” page.

All replicas sold on this website are regulated by Decree No. 99-240 of March 24, 1999, which prohibits sale to minors. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and have read and accepted the decree and these Terms and Conditions. Spec-Ops cannot be held responsible for violations of this regulation.
